A 10-storey observation wheel has popped up on the Swan River
At 36 metres tall, the wheel carries riders in 24 fully enclosed, climate-comfortable gondolas, each seating up to six people, on a nine-minute loop that takes in the CBD skyline, the river and the foreshore.
