It’s been a great month for any historic home enthusiasts – and the heart-wrenchingly gorgeous heritage homes hitting the market aren’t showing any signs of slowing down!

Just the other day, we had a stunning sneak peek inside a lavish private residence inside the former Fremantle Trades Hall, but just a couple of weeks earlier, we were taking a look inside the spectacular Oldham House in Swanbourne, which even featured in the 1961 promotional film Another Sunny Day in Western Australia.

Now, we look eastwards to York! The state’s oldest inland town, York’s streets are, famously, lined with an impressively preserved array of over a dozen Victorian and Federation architectural styles, many of which were built during the booming, gold-drenched late 19th century…
