Accidentally spent yesterday working from home with the news on all day and have come to the conclusion that while staying abreast of things is important, all news all the time is really not good for your health.

Unless of course it’s news about a great South West brewery opening a new venue in the CBD; the UFC coming back to WA in May (with a hometown hero headlining); the Perth Comedy Festival bringing some much-needed laughs to town; or where you can find a stack of excellent events this weekend that won’t cost you a penny.
