Boutique eco-hotel on edge of Exmouth Gulf Marine Park given development approval
A new $13 million eco-hotel in Exmouth has been given approval by the Regional Development Assessment Panel, with plans to open mid-2027.
Endorsed by Tourism Western Australia and the Shire of Exmouth, Hotel Sebatikel will be the first new tourism development in Exmouth in 20 years, with nine short-stay accommodation units configured in three “duplex-style” buildings, constructed using rammed earth from a local quarry.
The development will also include manager’s quarters and worker’s accommodation for up to 10 staff.
