We won’t deny it: when a friend forwarded us this Claremont listing, we felt a little pang in our hearts. Our distress was twofold – firstly, our bank balance hears “Claremont” and “real estate” and shrivels in fear. Secondly, the horrifying thought occurred to us… What if someone bought the home and didn’t preserve its immense modernist charm?
