Perth Scorchers BBL|15 Preview: Big hitters in for season opener at home this Sunday
You always know it’s Big Bash League time when the Perth temperature starts to scorch towards the mid-30s on a daily basis.
And on cue the BBL takes over TV screens each night from this weekend, starting with the Perth Scorchers hosting the season opener against the Sydney Sixers at Optus Stadium on Sunday 14 December from 4.10pm (grab tickets here).
This summer’s BBL will run for six weeks starting from then through the school holidays to the final on Sunday 25 January, and the Scorchers, as always, are one of the title favourites with a lineup boasting superstars like the big-hitting bison Mitch Marsh, young gun Cooper Connolly and returning speedster Jhye Richardson.
