Exciting news over the weekend if your biggest gripe with Optus Stadium is that you can only drink mid-strength beers — something the old boys I play golf with especially love to rant about over a couple of quiet ones at the 19th (morning gents if you’re reading this)… That’s right, we’re finally getting full-strength beers at the footy!
And while it’s not quite back to the good old days of only one full carton of beer per person allowed (for the best, we’re sure), it further cements our stadium as the best in the country.

It’s been over two years since Matteo Musetti hung up his apron at his beloved Fremantle restaurant, La Sosta.
Now after a well-earned break, the renowned chef has reunited with his former team members Daniele Terzoli and Elena Ridenti, and returned to the hospo scene with a brand new venue – The Shed Pizza & Co, which has been making waves in Safety Bay since it opened last week.
After running La Sosta for over a decade, Musetti was looking for a change of pace for his next venture.
“Running a restaurant seven days a week with a young family was a lot, so I wanted to do something more relaxed this time around,” explains the restaurateur…
