I know we (I?) said no weather chat for a while, but happy 23-degree week to each and everyone of you. While it is a little bit trickier getting out of bed on these cooler mornings, it’s more than made up for by the crisp autumn sunshine we’re copping later in the day. Below you’ll find some great news for cheese fans, Dockers fans, Star Wars fans and misty-morning-walk fans, and bad news for, well, Eagles fans really.

“15 tonnes per week.” La Delizia Latticini to open WA’s biggest cheese factory this May
If you love a cheesy snack as much as we do, then chances are you’re already familiar with Perth legends La Delizia Latticini and their famous cheeses.
Their locally produced ricotta, burrata, mozzarella and straciatella are now stocked in over 900 locations in WA and are practically on every menu throughout the state.
To keep up with that popular demand, the team are gearing up to open the biggest cheese factory in WA to date, with plans to distribute nationally and internationally.
When husband-and-wife duo, Dom and Kirsty Boccia first opened La Delizia Latticini at The Park Centre in Victoria Park back in 2020, they had two simple goals: Create cheese as fresh and delicious as what you’d find in Italy, and have their cheeses on the menus of Perth’s top 10 restaurants.
