North 54’s Sunday snacks and a new SW Supper Club arrives just in time for summer

Sunday Sesh is North54 chef and owner Bac Pham’s chance to stray from his already excellent menu with the likes of stuffed kra pow wings with coconut lemongrass ranch, bo kho birria tacos, prawn and crab toast with chicken fat lime mayo and grilled scallops with jeow mak len and toasted rice – amongst others…

And if you’re headed to Busselton this weekend (or any Friday/Saturday from this weekend on), Supper Club has arrived to Busselton Pavilion. The former South West Wine Shop will be transformed into an intimate, dimly-lit dining space under the culinary guidance of chef Brendan Pratt – for just 30 guests per sitting.
