We’ve got plenty of issues facing us as Western Australians in 2025, and it’s high time that a new public holiday rose to the top of the pile! We have two less than some of our east coast counterparts, which seems crazy given everyone loves to talk about how WA is the backbone is the country’s economy.

If we apply the same vigour to the conversation as we once did around daylight savings, the Premier will have no choice but to take action ASAP…
