Always a great week when we got a hot little tip on a new cafe that’s popped up in the ‘burbs — especially when we pay them a visit and it ends up being not only delightful, but an interesting story too. Such is the case with Maylands’ latest addition Juni, which you can learn all about below. Meet Juni: Maylands’ new matcha-slinging local
Tucked off Railway Parade, nestled beneath a block of apartments, a local Maylands family has taken over the former Coffee Corner.
That leafy spot has transformed into Juni: a light, bright café that keeps the community vibes strong while updating the venue for a new era.
“We’ve lived nearby for five years,” new owner Rachel Juniper tells us…
