National Archive exhibition uncovers WA’s evolving identity

If you’re anything like us, you won’t be able to stop staring at the photo below of Perth city from Kings Park! What a difference a few (five) decades makes, huh? Curated by the National Archives of Australia, Sea to suburbia showcases the photographic work of Aus’ government photographers between the late 1940s and early ’80s, stretching from Broome’s pearling luggers to timber camps in Pemberton and everywhere in between.
