New restaurant brings a slice of South America to Cambridge Street

You may have noticed a few more quirky, science-based news stories in the newsletter of late, which is mainly down to two main reasons: 1) It’s way more fun than all the bad news flooding our feeds every day and 2) Intrepid reporter Madigan, who over the past few months has had a knack for unearthing some environmental gold around these parts.

The reason we bring this up is bittersweet: Before we had the chance to properly introduce you all, she’s been snapped up by our national broadcaster for a gig in the South West. Today’s her last day, so while we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited to see what she gets up to with Aunty, and will miss stories like the dino discovery you can learn about below.
