Absolutely thrilled to share the news of North 54’s opening in Leederville this week. Bac Pham has been serving up some incredible dishes in pop-up form for the past couple of years, so it’s always great to see exciting chefs around town translate their offerings into a brick and mortar space.

We stopped by on a rainy afternoon to chat to Bac in the freshly painted Oxford Street space, transformed with the help of friends and family – a space that was, rather serendipitously, previously Vietnamese tuck shop Three Sisters and then Gigi’s Bowls.
