There are few things more uniquely Perth than popping down to Chu and grabbing a sweet treat/coffee before enjoying it in the delightful surrounds of Hyde Park on the weekend. That said the wait at the beloved bakery can get a little crazy, so if you are a bit tired of lining up, we have some fantastic news to share - meet the crew at Preston’s Deli…

Taking over the Bulwer Street space previously home to non-alc bottleshop Tomorrow on Tap (gone but not forgotten), Preston’s Deli caught our eye back in June when we spied some vividly chartreuse posters going up on one of our strolls through Highgate.
