Chef Kyo Kim takes the reins at Beaconsfield Wine Bar

Most recently, BWB was the setting for a series of fortnight-long residencies from chef Glenn McCue (AKA Jujube Dining), but before that, the venue also hosted chef Drew Dawson’s Off Licence pop up (Drew has now taken the reins at Freo café The Cool Room), as well as Bac Pham’s North 54 and Shauna Shapiro’s Polly’s Bagels.
