Opening date set for Rocky Ridge's big new Burswood venue

The seasons are changing – and with the sense of renewal in the air, a few venues are undergoing exciting changes to their kitchen lineups, along with plenty of new venues opening their doors.
Read on below for a couple of examples of each, along with quite possibly our biggest ‘what’s on this week’ of the year — in case you were wondering, spring has indeed, sprung.

Chef Kyo Kim takes the reins at Beaconsfield Wine Bar
Most recently, BWB was the setting for a series of fortnight-long residencies from chef Glenn McCue (AKA Jujube Dining), but before that, the venue also hosted chef Drew Dawson’s Off Licence pop up (Drew has now taken the reins at Freo café The Cool Room), as well as Bac Pham’s North 54 and Shauna Shapiro’s Polly’s Bagels.
