Perth records higher-than-average rainfall totals all winter, not seen since 1996

The latest burst of showers has tipped Perth’s August rainfall total above the long-term average. This means, for the first time in 30 years, all three months of winter have had higher than average falls, which hasn’t happened since 1996.
