Take a tour through this untouched ’70s gem in the hills
Plus an Aus' exclusive light festival headed south next March.
A question we often get asked is, ‘Do you actually go and do all the things you talk about on Perth is OK!?’ And while it’d be almost impossible for our small team to get out there and do ‘em all, between us we’ve tackled our fair whack of fun walks and hikes around the place.
And in the spirit of trying to keep up with our fearless social media team’s constant gallivanting around the State, your fearless narrator decided to go on a little mission to Lesmurdie Falls last weekend. One that ended up with him on the wrong side of the falls, slipping and sliding his way down what was basically a goat track in an attempt to escape the hordes of fellow Sunday grass-touchers.
The moral of the story is, before you go bounding around our beautiful trails, temper your excitement with a five-minute reading of the signage provided, and stick to the path well-travelled lest you leave with wet shoes and/or serious pain in muscles you didn’t know even existed.
