And so here we are, back on the tools with a huge 2025 no longer on the horizon but well and truly arrived. If you were fortunate to have a bit of time off over the past couple of weeks we hope you enjoyed it.

The Perth is OK! team mixed their time between trips to Shark Bay and Bremer Bay with a bit of camping, eating too much food, catching up with family and for one of us, not moving from the couch for two weeks watching the hottest dang series of Test cricket in a long while.

The year is 2025 and our dream of one day owning a charming country pub is well and truly alive! Located just over an-hour-and-a-half from Perth in the heritage wheatbelt town of Beverly, Hotel Beverley was born way back in 1886, and is currently up for sale.

The State Government has just announced plans for the next stage of Perth’s transportation network, dubbed METRONET on the Swan. Expanding Perth’s current ferry network, the $107 million plan will include two new stops.
